How can I start buying?

You may start filling your “shopping cart” with products without having to register with our virtual store; the shopping cart will show the products you have purchased so far, and you may add / remove products and amend the list at any time.

It is really easy to navigate through our store. You may access the different product categories, or rather, reach your destination more quickly by using the search option. Each product has its “product label” showing the product details.

The purchase procedure in our store is similar to any shopping you do in a standard store. Once you have chosen the product you wish to acquire, you should include it in your “shopping cart” The shopping cart will at all times show the items you have selected. 

Are prices on the Website VAT inclusive?

No. Prices of products appearing on our Website do not include VAT. 

When will I now the aggregate price payable?

Once you have completed your “shopping cart” with all the products you wish to purchase, you can “order” and, prior to approving your order, it will be displayed complete with any shipping costs and taxes, showing the total amount payable

  • CREDIT CARD: This payment method uses our secure payment gateway through the PAYPAL system (also used by EBAY). There is also a payment gateway available with CAJA RURAL.

Is it safe to pay with credit card?

Yes, we guarantee that payment with credit card is totally safe. In addition, PAYPAL offers a mediation service (resolution centre) in case of any eventual incidence. PAYPAL further offers insurance covering reimbursement.

Your bank details shall be transferred directly by the relevant financial institution. Our company does not at any time hold or save such details, so that we cannot view or file them. 

How much are shipping costs?

Galería Esculturas ensures silk-gloved shipping through specialists in the transport of works of art. A specialised carrier shall ensure a customised, exclusive transport service for your work of art. Should this service entail a surcharge, this will be displayed in your final order upon selecting the delivery destination. 

How long do deliveries take?

Your order will be delivered within 1 to 4 weeks. This is due to the fact that we need to arrange for special packaging to guarantee the integrity of pieces and, in the event of serial pieces, these need to be produced. Some of the pieces may be on exhibition in Spain or abroad, and this may cause additional delay in delivery; should this be the case, we will inform you when you make your purchase or reservation. 

How can I follow up on my shipment?

From your customer profile you can see the current status of your shipment at any time. 

We will inform you by e-mail of any change in the status of your shipment, until delivery. 

Do you ship outside of Spain?

Yes, our company carries out international shipments to designated areas. 

How are products shipped?

Our products are shipped under a specialised packaging process specific for the transport of works of art. The carrier shall only carry your item, so that each shipment is personal; the carrier shall, for a reasonable price, carry out any assembly required at destination, if the work of art so requires. All shipments are insured, so that in case of accident during transport or assembly you will be fully reimbursed. 

Do you keep a permanent stock of all products offered?

Not always. Most of our products are unique artworks and will not be repeated. If you like an item that has been sold, you may request us to arrange for a similar item to be made in the same fashion or style. This would not be a copy of the original piece, but a new, unique piece. 

Can I have my orders shipped to various different addresses?

Yes. You can store several different shipping addresses in your customer profile, and then choose any of them to make your order. This address book feature is very useful when making a present to a person different from the customer. 

In case of a broken item, what should I do?

There are generally no problems with our shipments.


If for any reason the delivered order should prove defective, please contact the carrier, who will liaise with us to arrange a return if appropriate.
If an item is broken after delivery, you may choose to use our repair and restoration service. A budget will be prepared for your approval according to the defects of the item.

NB: You should always verify the condition of your purchase immediately upon receipt and indicate any defect or anomaly at the time of delivery. 

What are the delivery times for shipments?

Delivery business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 h. to 19:00 h.
The carrier shall contact you to facilitate delivery.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes. All pieces of Sculptures Gallery can be returned by exercising your right to withdraw within a maximum of 7 days as from receipt of the merchandise, pursuant to section: 101 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, by which the amended and restated text of the Spanish Law on the Defence of Consumers and Users was approved. In the event a piece is returned, shipping and insurance expenses will be borne by the client. Pieces shall be retuned adequately packaged to ensure their indemnity. Once the returned piece is received and upon confirmation that it is in good condition, Sculptures Gallery undertakes to replace it with another piece of the client’s choice or to return any amounts advanced, within a maximum of thirty (30) days or, alternatively, at the client’s option, to generate a credit to the client for the relevant amount for the acquisition of future works. Should the returned piece have been tampered with, Sculptures Gallery will not be bound to return the relevant amount.

In relation to the execution of unique pieces or custom pieces, the right of withdrawal is excluded, and the provisions of section 102, paragraph e) of the above mentioned Act apply, for any original works that are not in stock at the time of the client’s order and which the sculptor has to create.


How are my personal details processed?

In compliance with the Spanish Act on the Protection of Personal Details (LOPD Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos) we shall use your personal details to offer a better service to you.
We shall never disclose any of your personal details to third-party individuals or companies.
You may at any time access your personal details to amend, rectify or cancel them in whole or in part.

Any transport costs for the replacement of the product shall be borne by the customer.
